Bonnie, a nine-year-old single child, is part of a family of three living in the Netherlands, who have a love for elephants. Because of her bipolar mother and the death of her grandmother, Bonnie is the most responsible family member. Struggling with this task, she tries to convince her mother to provide her with a brother.
